Meet & Greet
Before the start of any service we will meet with you and your pet for a one time, complimentary Meet & Greet (this is mandatory for any and all new services, no exceptions!). This will take place after the reservation of your selected service.
Your meeting should take 20 minutes or less in the comfort of your home for Drop-In visits and Walks or our home for Boarding or Day Care, where we will have a chance to bond with your pets, go over their daily routine, location of supplies as well as answer any and all questions you might have.
During this time we will also discuss your pets scheduled visits, our policies, and collect 2 sets of keys or go over alternate access options. These include garage codes, concierge key check out, or lock box.
Drop-In Visits From $30
We will drop in to check on your pet, let them out, feed them, clean up pet areas, and give them some love and attention.
$30 for a 30 minute drop-in
$50 for a 1 hour drop-in
$10 per each additional pet

Walks From $30
We'll come take your pup for a walk to burn off some of that energy.
$30 for a 30 minute walk
$40 for a 45 minute walk.

Boarding $45 Per Night
Bring your pup to stay with us during your trip! They will be comfortable, cared for, and have the full run of our house, just like our own dogs.

$50 for puppies under 1 year of age
$10 per additional 5 hour block after Drop Off time

Daycare $30 10 Hour Max
Drop your pup off for the day to come play and socialize.
Offered Monday - Friday between 7 am and 9 pm.
$30 per dog for a 10 hour period
$35 per 10 hour period for puppies under 1 year of age

Holiday Rates
Holiday Rates will be $10.00 extra per night for boarding and $5 extra per drop-in for the following Holidays:
Spring Break (according to the Austin ISD calendar), starting the Friday before and ending the Sunday after.
Easter weekend starting that Friday to the following Monday
Memorial weekend starting that Friday to the following Tuesday.

Thanksgiving, starting the Friday before and ending the Sunday after

Cancelation Policy
Services canceled at least seven days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Services canceled within 3-7 days of the first day of the stay will result in a 50% refund of the total cost.
Services canceled within less than 3 days of the first day of the stay will not be refunded.
